Requests for the issuance of a subpoena must be made in writing and received by the OAH not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled hearing. The request should include the case name, OAH case number, hearing date, and the complete names and addresses of individuals to be subpoenaed. Unless you have been granted a fee waiver, the OAH charges $5 for each subpoena requested. Checks should be made payable to Maryland State Treasurer. A request for postponement will not be granted because a party failed to request issuance of a subpoena.
